Informative post Melanie. In general though I think owning real estate is the best investment move any one can make.

i for one had bought homes just for the purpose for preparing for my retirement years it is important that others do the same and yes you can decorate house as you like plus many tax advantages great post thanks for sharing

you are welcome Melanie oh i should tell you in homes i rent i had same people renting to me for over 7 years have been blessed to it is by the room so i get more income then to single family it has been well as i have been blessed with same tenants over 7 years who call me to collect the rent so far so good touch wood
