Excellent article! Well said. Depression comes in all forms. recognizing it also helps us to control it too. I like to take short walks early in the morning it helps to clear my mind and to deal with my own bouts of depression.
writing does it for me, it helps me tap into places I cant see in the daylight, that I probally wouldnt even admit to myself on most days. I just hope it comes off as a, you are not alone, dont be silent, I understand how we all feel things kinda way.
