here's the email to Blogger vip,
tried to sort out the "" button with them.

Well,

I can confirm that the "Submit" button is not working. I have tried with many computers and browsers also.

Now, I found out that when I move the mouse over the button, it shows "No Link". You team will understand i what I mean to this issue.

I hope FanBox payment using PayPal will finally work for everyone soon.
Hope this sort things out.
