Introducing the Success Coach Program

Program Introduction:

Hopefully by now, you’ve probably noticed this very unique thing about FanBox:

FanBox’s successful people seem super-excited to help the newer people succeed.

Perhaps this is because when the successful people were new themselves -- they too found success only because someone had helped them learn.

Therefore, successful people on FanBox feel a certain sense of appreciation and reciprocity.

And they channel that positive energy to anyone who wants to benefit from what they’ve learned.

And they do this for FREE.

Every single day.

Just look at any of the thousands of posts written by successful people – where they give away – for free – the secrets to their success.

It’s a very special thing that we’ve all got going here… one that we can all be extremely proud of.

At FanBox, we’re constantly providing new technologies to help you be more efficient at the things you want to do -- and maybe are already doing.

To help successful people be more efficient in helping the newer folks succeed -- we’re launching a new role in the Knowledge Economy.

It’s called the Success Coach.

And we’ve been building a set of tools to help Success Coaches help others.

We want Success Coaching to be available to all members.

And we want this program to be totally free for people that truly wish to learn how to become productive -- and successful -- in the Knowledge Economy:

Just like countries take it upon themselves to offer free education to their youth; the FanBox community also feels a sense of responsibility to educate others to become successful.

That sense of responsibility – and appreciation - is why so many FanBoxers are working so hard to help others succeed too.

How can you have your own Success Coach?

This week, we’ll start with 5 Success Coaches (SCs).

The reason for this low number of SCs is to ensure that the program offers the very best quality coaching to FanBoxers, before we expand it.

As the weeks go by, we will be adding more coaches.

Given this small number of coaches, most people will not be able to have a coach immediately.

However, in the coming weeks and months, as the number of qualified coaches grows, we hope that everyone will eventually be able to have their own Success Coach.

Who will be first to have their own Success Coach?

Given the demand for Coaches (and the initial low number of Coaches) the system will randomly assign a coach to users -- each time a slot becomes available.

The assignment of Coach to User (Client) will happen automatically when a user submits an Ad for approval.

If you’re assigned a coach, he or she will be able to approve your Ads for you -- to ensure that they don’t get rejected for reasons such as grammar and spelling errors.

They can also help you target your Ads to the appropriate audience for best results.

Each time you submit an Ad, you have an equal chance as anyone else to be assigned a Success Coach.

If you are one of the lucky few to be assigned a Success Coach, you will receive a message from your coach in your FanBox Inbox, with this special designation:

From that point forward, you will have access to your Success Coach through your FanBox Inbox.

If you don’t receive a message within a few hours of submitting your Ad, it means that you have not yet been assigned a Success Coach.

Remember, this program is just starting out… so please be patient and don’t get frustrated.

If you are not assigned a Success Coach at first, you eventually will be.

Again, with each and every Ad you create, you have an equal chance of being assigned a Success Coach.

FanBox will be working very hard to add qualified Success Coaches, until the point that everyone has their own shiny and smiley Success Coach.  :)

Advice on how to work with your Success Coach

Remember, Success Coaches are FanBoxers just like you -- and have personally volunteered for the role – to help you succeed.

So be sure to treat them with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

Also, you don’t need to act on all their advice, if you don’t want to:

Like an “All-You-Can-Eat” salad buffet, just enjoy what you like, and say “Thanks” and politely pass on what you don’t like.

However, for your benefit, my suggestion is to ask lots of questions, to ensure that you fully understand their advice before you pass on it:

Remember, the “Cause and Effect” principle:

"The same cause always produces the same effect, and the same effect never arises but from the same cause”.

Success Coaches know how to succeed, and the proof of that is in their own numbers.

Success on FanBox is never by luck, nor by accident.

It’s also never by “magic”.

If someone else can do it, so can you.

You just need to know how.

And it’s that “cracking of the mystery” that Success Coaches want to help you accomplish.

They’ve succeeded.

And they’re so confident that you can too -- that they’re willing to help you to also have that “Aha!” moment!

The “Aha” moment is when you have your first real earning success, when you realize - with confidence - that you’re “getting there”!

It’s such an amazing feeling, that you want to relive it again and again… by helping someone else get to their own “Aha!” moment.

One of the great things about being human is our ability to feel joy through the joy of others…

… Like the feeling you get when a child has a great discovery…

… It’s as if YOU just discovered it for the first time yourself!

So what does it take to become a Success Coach?

Success Coach (SC) Qualifications  

Proven Success: A Success Coach – or SC -- is someone that has already proven – via their own success at FanBox -- that they know how to succeed.

SCs must have already built a good size community of fans and friends, and know how to build community in each of their blog posts.

SCs must have generated good earnings from their blogs and Ads.

SCs must demonstrate mastery of language. They must be able to create Ads that won’t get rejected based on grammar and spelling mistakes, and help their Clients target Ads to the appropriate audience.

Training and Testing: Success Coaches must undergo further training and examination, to ensure they master all the details of the FanBox system; how to navigate it and how to earn.

Communication Skills: In order to be effective, Success Coaches must have the ability to communicate well; so that they can help their “Clients” succeed as quickly as possible.

Interested in becoming a Success Coach?

Invitations to become a Success Coach will come from other Success Coaches!

Invitations will be based on your position on the Leaderboard and other criteria as mentioned in the “Success Coach Qualifications” section above.

In summary…

Success Coaches are being trained to help you succeed.

To get your own Success Coach, just create an Ad.

Each time you do, the system “rolls the dice” with a mathematically equal chance for you to be assigned a Coach.

To become a Success Coach, the very best thing you can do… is SUCCEED!

As you move up the Leaderboard, one of the current Success Coaches will reach out to you to discuss your desire and qualifications to help others follow in your successful footsteps.

Lastly, the Success Coach Program is meant to replace the VIP Program.

This means that VIP registrations will no longer be possible.

To thank the current VIPs for their participation, if you were a VIP before, you will continue to have access to all VIP functionality – at no charge – until October, 2011.

That means that your earnings from this month (August, 2011) will mature at the end of September; and starting in September, your earnings will mature the same as everyone else – 60 days after the earning month.
