Earn by being a
    Knowledge Producer

In the Knowledge Economy, one of the most important roles is that of the Knowledge Producer.

(WHAT ARE THE OTHER ROLES?)

Knowledge Producers can earn a lot of money -- by educating, informing or entertaining people.

And they do so simply by making blog posts.

In this post, I will answer the following questions:

1.  How can YOU become a Knowledge Producer?

2.  Do you need to have some "Great Knowledge" to be successful?

3.  Is it OK to copy and paste from other Web sites?

4.  So EXACTLY HOW do you make money?

5.  Exactly how do you get visitors and attention to your new posts?

6.  What's the biggest mistake people make when first starting?

Let's get started.

1.  So how can YOU become a Knowledge Producer?

On FanBox, it's really easy!

You simply "Make a New Post" -- save it and (drum roll.....) you are instantly a Knowledge Producer!

Here's a 90 second video that shows you how: Watch the video

2.  Do you need to have some "Great Knowledge" to be successful?

Definitely not: You do NOT need to be Einstein, cure cancer or have access to some miracle chemical formula or potion to succeed!

You just need to make new blog posts.

In fact, to succeed, all you need to do is COPY and PASTE!

Yes -- that's right!

There are already billions of web pages all over the Web -- full of information on millions of topics -- and you can find them using a search engine such as Google.

3.  Is it OK to copy and paste from other Web sites into your FanBox blogs?

The answer is that it is OK, as long as the owner of that content doesn't have an issue with that.

Most people have found that many Web sites don't mind at all!

For example, Wikipedia (a web site that has articles on million of topics) is clear that it's OK for people to copy their pages. You just need to give them credit.

"Giving credit" means saying something like "Source: Wikipedia" at the bottom or top of your blog post.

Indeed, many FanBox bloggers have found that generally people don't mind if you borrow or copy from their pages -- as long as you give them credit.

Of course if someone asks you to take down one of your posts -- that was borrowed from elsewhere -- you'll absolutely want to do that.  (If they ask FanBox to take it down -- if they can prove that they own it -- FanBox will absolutely take it down).

4.  So EXACTLY HOW do you make money?

Here's the magic of FanBox:

When people spend time enjoying your blog posts, you earn!

What???

By people simply reading my blog posts, I earn??

YES! Your eyes are NOT playing tricks on you!

FanBox has spent years (600 engineering man-years, to be specific - read about FanBox inventions here) to ensure that your opportunity to make money is just THAT SIMPLE.

It really is this simple:

You make money, when others visit your blog posts.

Here's all you need to remember:

   A)  The more time each visitor spends in your posts, the more money you make

   B)  The more visitors you get, the more money you make

So to maximize your earnings:

You want more people spending more time in your posts.

I'll repeat:

Make new posts that:

   A)  Are engaging (meaning people will want to spend time in them)

(In other words, make your posts interesting)

   B)  Are interesting to more people

(In other words, post about popular topics; NOT topics that few people are interested in)

5.  Exactly how do you get visitors and attention to your new posts?

There a number of ways that people find out about your new posts:

A)  Each time you make a new post, all your friends and fans will automatically learn about it!

How?

You friends and fans learn about your new post because a "feed story" will automatically appear in their homepage feed (see picture below):

So, be sure to invite your friends to join FanBox, and build your fan base by visiting other people and becoming a Fan of them! (They usually return the favor and fan you back).

As your number of fans and friends grows, more and more people will be notified each time you make new posts!

B) To accelerate things, launch Ads on FanBox to drive more attention and visitors to your posts:

  • With FanBox Ads, most people start earning immediately (Learn more)
  • It only takes $1 to launch a FanBox Ad - and you ONLY pay when someone actually clicks on your Ad to visit your post

(You can learn all about FanBox Ads here)

C) Others can create Ads for your posts too!  It costs you nothing; makes money for them -- and makes money for you too! (Learn more)

6.  What's the biggest mistake people make when first starting?

If you ask experienced FanBoxers what was the biggest mistake they made when they first started, they often say:

"I thought about it too much! I was too concerned about 'getting it right' or picking the right topic".

They didn't quite realize that they could easily go back later to edit -- or delete -- their older posts - without any embarassment at all!

Look: No one will notice if your first posts aren't anywhere near perfect or need more work.

The key is to "just get started".

In other words, blindly make your first post, and just start typing!

Let your mind go where it wants to!

As you get moving, your thoughts will begin to clear up, and your approach and style will get refined...

Motion creates emotion. You just need to get moving!

So stop wasting time!

Let's see if you can get your first post created in less than 60 seconds. Ready?

What are you waiting for?

Make your first post now!  Smile
