Important Fanbox Factors

How do I use the money in my fanbox bank, I have money that has matured since the 13th and have about $33.00 for ads that is available but when I go to submit it, it says that I have insufficient funds.

How are you?

If you have ads that is funded by your fanbox bank account, you have to stop your ads first... It will give conflictions.
Try to see in your fund sources where fanbox bank stated in my example above, as you can see, you will get an overview of your account how much cash available to invest.

If still doesn't help try to contact fanbox customer service...

I guess I will need to contact customer service with this because all of my ads are being funded by investors I do not have any funded through my bank.
