Maybe a better title for this post would be "Upgrade Your Typical Holiday". This is the first year all of my children and I are living in the same town and have all been available to celebrate the holidays together as a family. Typically, we've been an opposite ends of the state of Wyoming; so Mom and kids usually celebrated together on New Years weekend. Christmas eventually got to be . . . well . . . Christmas, which became a greater and greatere relief and joy for Mom. The kids got to have two gift exchanges, so they thought this was GREAT!

Now that they are young adults on the "playing Santa" end of things, two gift exchanges has a whole new meaning. Not all of it is so wonderful, especially if you have a very small budget
