UK parents turn in teen rioter, echoing Vancouver story

18-year-old Mario Quiassaca was one of the youth charged in the London riots.

 

Many people in the U.K. are angry with riots destroying their cities and similar to the Vancouver riots some are making sure those responsible are punished even going to the extreme measure of reporting their own children.

Great post, Jan! I don't think these kids should get away with what they did. It's difficult for parents to turn in their own kids, but I think it was the right thing to do.
