How to Keep Your Confidence Up When Changing Your Career

There are many people out there who want to change their career but lack the confidence to do so.

Here are a few tips that will help you make it through the process with your confidence intact.

First of all, there is a very reassuring fact – there are thousands of people who have changed their career before you and tons more are doing it every day. Do I hear a whispered “But I am not one of those people, I am me, I am not brave enough”? Try a little exercise, if you doubt yourself. Go through the list of all the people you personally know who have tried it. How many of them did genuinely surprise you, because you didn´t expect it at all?
