I've been thinking about some topic to write when this stumbled upon my mind. Let’s talk about work-related stress. What is stress in the first place? Stress is the body's reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response, it can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel angry, frustrated, nervous, or anxious. Thus, by the term work related stress we mean the process that arises where work’s demands and pressure exceed the person’s capacity and capability to cope.
