Sajdah or sujud 


(Arabicسُجود‎, [sʊˈdʒuːd]) is an Arabic word meaning prostration to Allah 

 (Arabic: الله‎ Allahin the direction of the Kaaba at Mekah which is usually

done during the daily prayers (salah). While in sujud, a Muslim is to

praise Allah and glorify Allah. The position involves having the forehead,

nose, both hands knee and all toes touching the ground together.
