Bacteria are living microscopic organisms made from a single cell. They are able to multiply by themselves after being able to have the ability to divide. Its shape varies and scholars use these features to separate them into three groups. (Round = coconuts; Tubular = bacilli ; Spirals = spirochetes)

Bacteria are everywhere including in or on our bodies. Most bacteria reproduce using a process called "binary fission."
