Core of being Human

2012 is the year of my personal awakening and doing something about it.

The war on food has been a constant learning experience for me this past year.  And this voting period is important to me.  I live in California and we have Proposition 37 urging for more labeling on GMO foods.  It is important that people vote YES on this one for it will be a major game changer in the food industry.  

With all these chemicals and additives in food and in our own environment, I find it important to get to the most natural state as possible.  Sure, I am still quite guilty of eating harmful junk food but as long as I know what I am doing, my awareness heightens my guilt.  

It doesn't take a lot of things to go back to feeling and being as human as humanly possible.  And that seems to be my aim in the present moment and into the future.  

They say 2012 is the year of change.
