Did you know that seventy percent of our planet’s surface is filled with water of which 98% is not drinkable salty water? Only 2% of it is drinkable, of which most part is in the frozen glaciers of our north and south poles. Water can be used to improve one’s health, or cure certain diseases. Even the human body is largely composed of water! For example, 60% of human body in adult males contains water and in adult females this amounts up to 55%. This is just enough to show you how important the water is for human existence.


According to the experts, one should take sufficient amount of water everyday in order to stay healthy. For example, if you take one’s weight in pounds and divide that by two, whatever the number you get; you should drink that many ounces of water every day. Let’s say one weighs 150 pounds,
