Change is often unexpected. It tends to be sudden and leaves us lost, not knowing how to handle it. Our thoughts become unclear; we question our skills and disengage from what's going on around us. Instead of running from the change, we need to learn to embrace it. Vince Arecchi, owner of Time to Change, offers ways to build personal resilience, explores the ways we react to change and how to embrace it.
Vince explains that change tends to happen in three ways: when something new starts, when something that has been in place stops or when something is being done differently. All three scenarios can happen at the same time, and we have to look at ourselves and think about the change that is currently happening in our lives and how we're going to embrace it.
