The Journey of Adoption

This is going to be a short on words and mostly pictures blog

It's hard to believe our little miracle boy is two and a half years old already. I am having such a blast being able to be in his life full time now!

I do have to say there are times though when I feel a little sad because all the amazing things I am blessed to see Kellen learn and do I will not be able to experience with my little granddaughter Ciara LeeAnn, who was stillborn April 6th of this year. 

Kellen is smart, funny and incredibly hilarious! He keeps us entertained with his very expressive personality. He loves to talk and is learning words very quickly, which is why it will be necessary

He wasn't too sure about the photographer at school who took this picture. But he still has the most adorable face ever! 

My little man is getting so big!

I chose to start this blog with the journey of my Grandson's adoption. For two years my daughter and her husband waited and prayed for a child. They signed with an adoption agency, and had several birth moms over a two year period pick them.

Unfortunately, several of the birth moms were only after money.
