FanBox Q&A

FanBox Q&A

Actual questions from fellow FanBoxers and my humble answers.

Q1.  I have a simple question for the "Congress" of this site!!! There are some of the coaches who are barely keeping their heads above board and covering their responsibilities.  Why can't this system allow them assistants to help them so that they to can enjoy this site like all the other members do? I remember when I was coaching how badly I wanted to blog and read posts but was unable to simply because I had no time. I am telling you right now if you don't figure out a supportive system for these coaches ....you're gonna remain having huge turnovers and unfortunate errors made like the one I did that cost me my coaching position! Think about it and I am positive you will agree. Every profitable company has a series of assistants, lead people, or just plain knowlegeable people they can go to in a time of crises. This is no different!

A1.   I agree with this FanBoxer, above, regarding the success coach system. I don't see why success coaches have to do it all.  Even the most competent success coach cannot be the be all and end all to each and every FanBoxer who has a question, and cannot get back to all of her clients as quickly as they need to. One of the avowed goals of FanBox is to create jobs for millions. Well, not everybody can qualify to be a success coach and not everybody has the time management ability to be a success coach.

Therefore, in order to resolve these problems, we ought to create more jobs other than success coach, such as boost coach, blogging coach, advertising coach, ad reviewers, cyber coaches, navigation coaches, C&R coaches, buy/sell coaches, buy/sell dispute arbitrators and IPL/PU coaches. These coaches could be involved in the quick questions, and would be available in a cue at the press of a button, while the user is in that particular module e.g. while boosting. Therefore, the confused FanBoxer could receive an immediate repsonse to her question.

The coach would be paid for her efforts, much like a success coach is paid - very little. However, the success coach would be freed

FanBox Constitution - Recommendations

1. A government of the members, by the members and for the members, that will have as it’s goal the establishment of a FanBox website platform that is easy, functional and reliable to use and that is financially profitable and beneficial for all of its members.

Screen Shots for Power User (PU) Designation

Note: You will not be able to obtain the power user designation in any month in which you cash out your FanBox balance matured funds, even if you leave enough matured funds in your account to cover payment of your IPL fee.

The above screen shot shows the items I have bought on FanBox

The above screen shot shows that the 4-Pack Inks for Epson Stylus were received and Feedback was Submitted

The above screen shot shows the actual feed back that was given for the transaction on March 11, 2013

This above screen shot shows the purchase of the ink cartridges for $36.00 on February 1, 2013 with cash back earnings of $7.82.

The above screen shot shows the IPL processing fee payment of $4.16 on January 29, 2013

The above screen shot shows cash back earnings in the amount of $4.16 in the amount of the IPL fee that was paid on 1-29-13.

"The moment your entire processing fee is returned to you, you instantly become a Power User and your super-powers open up to you." - Johnny Cash

This means a power user designation (see above left) has been earned.

Note: If you buy more than you need to earn back your processing fee, the extra cash back earnings are added to your FanBox Bank in a "pending" row, and they automatically roll over to the next month(s), so they can be used to earn back your future IPL processing fees.

JOBS FOR FANBOXERS!

I am for free speech and free expression here on FanBox, without profanity, violence, inhumanity, threats and oppression.

We also need a democracy with some elements of meritocracy, not vice versa, as who decides what is meritorious and what is not -- the people/members should.

I also agree with FanBox member, David, that smaller government is better. The more we create government committees and sub-committees, the more complicated and oppressive this will get, and the less freedom we will ultimately have to be creative and expressive.

This post is directed mainly to FanBox newbies.

Have you ever had most of your ads rejected?  Do you know why they were rejected?  They were rejected because they did not meet strict FanBox ad standards.

FanBox ads appear on millions of pages to FanBox users.  Therefore, FanBox and its success coaches take ads and ad approval very seriously.

I. There are at least 5 parts to every ad, and every part of the ad must meet the standards before the ad can be approved.
