As a kid and even today, I love watching the old black and white movies. Cab Calloway was a favorite entertainer of mine. He paved the way for some of my favorite artists today like Prince, Kid Creole and the Coconuts, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Tupac Shakur and more. He's actually known as the Original Hip Hop MC.

'You're The One' is a song about love, forgiveness and making relationships work that has proved to resonate with listeners, speaking to the times we're all living in. It is one of 14 tracks on Frank's new fourth album, 'The Winds of Time' (released through Blue Sapphire Music/DEP/Universal).

A collection of incredibly beautiful and awe inspiring music (a combination of classical masterpieces and movie soundtracks).

I simply love this song. It truly lifts your spirits and makes you feel like you can conquer the world. It doesn't matter what religious beliefs you have or what doctrines are involved. This is just a pure and simple feeling of faith and hope that makes you want to smile and keep reaching for all the goodness in life.

I first heard this song a few years ago, back in 2006 to be exact. I was going through an extremely difficult time in my life. You know the kind of times when it seems like there's no more rainbows on the horizon. I was having an awful day at work at a job I loathed. Imagine that, LOL! Someone I have loved very dearly ever since I can remember, called me at work and asked me to take a break because he had something he wanted me to listen to.
