  1. Olive Oil

    • Olive oil is nourishing and hydrating both inside and outside of the body. Not only can you use it in food, but also on skin and hair. To get exceptionally soft hands, make a mixture of sugar and olive oil. The sugar will remove dead skin cells and olive oil will moisturize. Add enough sugar to 3 or 4 teaspoons of olive oil so that it becomes a scrub. Gently rub it on your hands for approximately 1 minute. Wash off in water.
