The grape is also high in antioxidants and vitamins. The alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) found in grapes and other acid fruits such as oranges, lemons, and strawberries, help to reduce wrinkles and sun damage. Though the levels of AHA in natural fruits aren't as high as in cosmetic products, if used regularly you should notice improvements in your skin.

Avocado is truly a super-fruit. When you're not wearing it, I highly recommend eating it. It is high in healthy fats, fiber, vitamins and antioxidants. There have been studies showing that people who eat avocado have lower cholesterol[1]. But, more specifically, how does it benefit your skin? Well, it's high in vitamin E, which is great for softening the skin, reducing wrinkles and stretch marks. It also has antioxidant properties. It boosts collagen (which keeps skin elastic) and new skin growth. Along with vitamin E, avocado is also high in vitamin A and C.
Avocado is also extremely high in omega fats, which improve dry skin and skin firmness. All the oils and fat in avocados will provide your skin with natural moisture and elasticity.
Honey helps to absorb and retain moisture. Honey is naturally anti-microbial and also an antioxidant. It will help to absorb impurities from the skin.
Avocado and Honey Face Mask
Mash 1 ripe avocado with 2 TBSP honey. Apply liberally to skin and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes. Apply two cool cucumber slices to eyes, which help reduce redness and puffiness, if desired.
Use whenever you feel your skin is in need of replenishment and moisturization.

Would you ever dress like your spouse? Before you answer – let’s be clear that we are talking about wearing identically matching clothes, such as the exact same t-shirt and a pair of jeans, maybe even complementing male/female sandals, just for the fun of it. And we are talking about doing this on a continual or daily basis – as in planning to dress alike in an effort to show off your absolute commitment toward one another!
If you answered YES, then you might need to know that nearly everyone who sees you is laughing at you, especially if you make this outfit matching ordeal a part of daily life. The only exception of course is the 91-year-old couple who goes on their first cruise together for their 75Th anniversary and decides to purchase a matching Hawaiian shirt to celebrate. (Those 2 can do whatever the hell they want given the fact that they have been married 75 years). Unfortunately, for the rest of the world, dressing like your significant other is a little bit strange and a wee bit over the top way to symbolize and outwardly express your commitment (or love) to one another. To put it plainly, it’s weird. (And a bit desperate!)
So, let’s break it down for you.
Tea lovers are bound to be fascinated by the vast expanses of visually attractive tea estates. Behind every sip of freshly brewed tea is the labor of love of hundreds of tea pickers who toil endlessly to bring the best varieties of Indian tea to their tea table. Kerala, a beautiful state in the southernmost tip of India, is world famous for its sprawling tea, pepper, cashew nut and rubber plantations.
A recent tourist attraction that has been much talked about amongst Kerala’s tea estates is the picturesque Kannan Devan Hills. Set in the rolling mountains of the Western Ghats, this piece of heaven is the perfect place for a romantic getaway from the madness of your daily, urban routine. A conglomeration of scattered tea estates, the Kannan Devan Hills Plantation Company (KDHP) threw open its doors toAdult content and certain language are not permitted in premium blog posts.
