Gourmet Food Truck Frenzy

I went to a street festival yesterday which was really fun. Lots of vendors, music, food and people.  The people watching was really fun...it was a really interesting crowd and I think that was because of the location. Very bohemian in a cool way type of crowd.  Lots of interesting people to gaze at! Anyway, one of the things I was excited about was the food trucks. I am not sure if food trucks are getting popular everywhere, but they sure are getting popular here.  I am not talking about the old 'roach coaches' I am talking about gourmet
