Dim sum.....one of my favourite past times.  I love going out for dim sum.  I remember back when I was a child and we would go on a weekend, off and on, for this delectable Chinese cuisine.

Dim sum  is a Cantonese term for a type of Chinese meal that involves small individual portions of food, usually food is pushed around on carts by servers and served in a small steamer baskets or on small plates.
