Dim sum.....one of my favourite past times. I love going out for dim sum. I remember back when I was a child and we would go on a weekend, off and on, for this delectable Chinese cuisine.
Dim sum is a Cantonese term for a type of Chinese meal that involves small individual portions of food, usually food is pushed around on carts by servers and served in a small steamer baskets or on small plates. The server stamps your card to mark your order. Going for dim sum is usually known in Cantonese as going to "drink tea" (yum cha, 飲茶). (Wikipedia)
