BEAUTY OF SUB CONSCIUOS MIND

  1. The Conscious mind does all the thinking, guides our decisions and takes a logical and analatical route based on reasoning and solutions. The Sub_Conscious mind, however, does not consider reasoning, but operates deep beneath our normal Consciousness, it is like the hard disk of our mind, storing memories and determining the paterns we form in our daily life. Every thing we see, here, toutch, smell or taste  is stored in the sub_conscious mind.

  2. How to use your own Sub_Conscious Mind: We can turn this store house of knoledge in to a friend and guide, even using the sub_Conscious mind to heal our selves. It is far more supirior to our conscious mind. For instance, whether we suffer from a simple allergy or cancer, once we accept that we have a problem, we can rectify the root cause that sits at the subconscious level. Doctors tell us to inculcate a positive attitude and have willpower. This we can do if the subconscious mind gives the conscious mind a jerk, spurring it into action. The idea is to use the subconscious mind’s amazing speed, power, and agility to attain results.
  3. The subconscious mind is triggered when we imbibe lessons from our past experiences; if it keeps things in perspective, it can help tackle setbacks and failures. The subconscious mind has certain sets of beliefs it believes are true and deals only with these beliefs. If these are negative beliefs, our subconscious can affect us negatively for it does not know good or bad. It functions on one formula – what is known is safe; what’s unknown is dangerous.

    • Repeat affirmations and wishes 21 times each day for 21 days. It is scientifically proven that whatever you repeat 21 times becomes a habit. For example, if you are troubled, say: ‘I am at peace from within; the universe nourishes me; love surrounds me and I am secure’.
    • Connect with your inner self or introspect for a few minutes, daily.
    • Let go of issues and banish contradictions in your nature.
    • Stop, pause, and review your life and problems.
    • If negativity creeps in and sabotages your resolve, push it away.
    • Trust your instincts; everyone is intuitive by nature.

    Once your subconscious mind is infused with positivity, there is no looking back. You can then fulfil your dreams and desires such as topping your exams or excelling professionally. If you believe in yourself, you can make this happen. Change your wishes into real choices and fuel them with determination to make them real
