Anyone who is a dog-lover will love this poem. I heard it one night many years ago on the Johnny Carson, Tonight Show. He had Jimmy Stewart on, as a guest, and Jimmy recited his poem, a poem he wrote about a favourite dog he had. This poem gives me the shivers when I read it.
